Five years building in Canada, the US and India. Currently co-op at Pomerleau Inc. in Vancouver and finishing an MS in Construction Management at Columbia University, New York City. I delivered 39 townhomes 30 days early. I introduced PERI formwork to North India. I'm ready to bring that to your next project.
I'm a construction project coordinator based in Vancouver, currently on co-op with Pomerleau Inc. on the Sunset Senior Centre — and finishing my Master of Science in Construction Management from Columbia University (December 2025).
My background spans residential, commercial and institutional builds across Canada, India and the US. At Darshan Builders I led on-site coordination for The Park Landmark — 39 luxury townhomes in Surrey — from first foundation form to keys-in-door, delivering 30 days ahead of schedule through rigorous subcontractor management, schedule compression and proactive inspection coordination.
In India with East Work Construction, I introduced the PERI formwork system for the first time — reducing slab cycle time by 56% (30 days → 13 days) and cutting labour costs by 20% across 14 projects. I also pioneered fair-face concrete in North India at the Trident Residence, eliminating plastering entirely and saving 30% on finishing costs.
I'm targeting Project Coordinator and APM roles with BC general contractors and developers. I bring Columbia-level academic rigour, Pomerleau site experience, and a proven track record of delivering on schedule.
Current co-op placement supporting site coordination, project controls and closeout workflows on a civic facility project. Day-to-day work includes Procore-driven submittals and RFIs, field deficiency tracking, Bluebeam markups, look-ahead schedule communication and weekly progress documentation.

39 luxury townhomes across 4 three-storey buildings. 17 two-bedroom + 22 three-bedroom units ranging 1,150–1,550 sqft. Borders the Reedville Creek protected greenspace with rooftop decks, double garages and a central amenity building.
My role covered full on-site coordination from pre-construction through handover — CCDC 17 contract admin, subcontractor management, City of Surrey inspection coordination, RFIs, change orders, and invoice verification.
I introduced the PERI formwork system to East Work Construction — the first deployment in our region. Using Earned Value Management (EVM) to identify cost and schedule gaps in traditional systems, I built the business case and led the full rollout across 14 projects over 5 years.
Three PERI systems deployed: Handset Alpha for vertical elements, Gridflex for slab cycles, and Multiflex for beam bottoms. The result was a transformation in how the company builds.

The Indian construction market in Punjab had never seen exposed concrete as a finished surface — everything was plastered. I identified this as an opportunity and led the full introduction of fair-face concrete to East Work Construction and the region.
Using PERI Birch Plywood (220 GSM) and custom PERI shuttering systems for the curved slab geometry at Trident Residence, we achieved a high-quality, form-finished concrete surface with no post-casting treatment required. Innovative curing using RO water and white cloth wrapping enhanced surface quality further.
The project set new benchmarks in Punjab and positioned East Work Construction as the regional leader in architectural concrete — opening an entirely new market segment.
Actively looking for Project Coordinator and APM roles with BC general contractors and developers. Open to full-time positions from mid-2026 onwards.
